1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website, requesting site surveys, or signing a statement of work (SOW) for structured cabling, cabinet placement, Wi-Fi deployments, or surveillance installations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable local building codes and standards.
2. Scope of Services & Estimates
Any proposal, cost estimate, or design blueprint provided by NetQora remains valid for 30 days from the issue date. The final scope of services, labor, and materials will be defined in a signed Statement of Work. Any modifications, unexpected site conditions (e.g. concealed wall obstacles, hazardous materials), or client-requested changes will require a signed change order.
3. Site Access & Safety Compliance
The client must provide NetQora technicians with safe, clear, and authorized access to all required pathways, telecommunications closets (MDF/IDF), and structural mounting surfaces on the scheduled service dates. High-ceiling installations requiring aerial equipment (lifts) must have clear floor pathways that meet safety regulations.
4. Workmanship & Warranties
We stand behind our installations. NetQora offers a 1 year workmanship guarantee on structured cabling pathways, labeling documentation accuracy, and physical server cabinet mounting/anchoring. Specific hardware components, access points, smart PDUs, and active network devices are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
5. Limits of Liability
NetQora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of business data, server downtime, or revenue loss) arising from scheduled maintenance, network migrations, or temporary service outages during network switchovers.
